**Terms and Conditions for 3-Month Coaching Package**
**1. Overview:**
This document outlines the terms and conditions for the 3-month coaching package offered by My Dream Finances LLC
**2. Coaching Sessions:**
a. The Package includes a total of 12 private coaching sessions.
b. Each coaching session will last between 45-60 minutes.
**3. Package Cost:**
The total cost of the Package is $3000. Payment is due in full before the commencement of the coaching sessions.
**4. Refund Policy:**
a. No refunds will be issued for used coaching sessions.
**5. Scheduling:**
a. The Client is responsible for scheduling coaching sessions within a 3-6-month period.
b. Coaching sessions cannot be conducted while the Client is driving.
**6. Rescheduling:**
a. If the Client is unable to attend a scheduled coaching session, they must provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule.
b. In the event of a technical issue preventing the Client from logging into a coaching session, the session will be rescheduled at the earliest mutually convenient time.
**7. Confidentiality:**
a. All information shared during coaching sessions will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties, except as required by law.
b. The Coach may use anonymized and aggregated information for the purpose of improving coaching services and marketing.
**8. Code of Conduct:**
a. The Client agrees to approach coaching sessions with an open mind and a commitment to personal growth.
**9. Termination:**
Either party may terminate the coaching relationship with written notice. In the event of termination, the Client will not be entitled to a refund for used coaching sessions.
**10. Governing Law:**
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Michigan
**11. Amendments:**
The terms and conditions of this agreement may be amended by mutual agreement in writing.
By enrolling in the coaching package, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
