TERMS OF PARTICIPATION
Please READ carefully. By enrolling in the How to Make Inconsistent Income Consistent Audio Training (the “Program”), you (“Client” or “You”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions, entered into by My Dream Finances LLC (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) and You.
PROGRAM / SERVICE
My Dream Finances LLC agrees to provide access to the How to Make Inconsistent Income Consistent Audio Training (“Program”). This audio training is a digital educational program delivered online and made available as part of a promotional bundle offer.
Participation in the Program is subject to these Terms and Conditions as well as the Company’s Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and Terms of Use, which are incorporated by reference.
As part of the Program, the Company will provide access to a Password-Protected Program Area that may include audio recordings, transcripts, worksheets, templates, and/or other educational resources.
You will have access to this Program for six (6) months from the date of enrollment. After the six-month period ends, your access may be discontinued at the Company’s discretion. Should the Company choose to retire or close the Program Area earlier, a 30-day notice will be provided.
BONUSES
From time to time, the Company may offer bonuses or additional materials as part of this Program or related promotions. Bonuses are not guaranteed and may vary depending on the promotion through which you accessed the audio training.
DISCLAIMER
You understand that Germaine Foley (“Consultant”) and My Dream Finances LLC are not acting as, nor have a relationship with, You as an employee, agent, lawyer, therapist, financial advisor, tax advisor, broker, or accountant.
The Program provides financial education only. It does not provide legal, tax, investment, or individualized financial advice. All content is for informational and educational purposes only and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional advice. You are encouraged to seek independent financial or legal counsel for your specific situation.
By participating, You acknowledge that Germaine Foley and My Dream Finances LLC are not financial planners, brokers, fiduciaries, or tax advisors.
FEES AND PAYMENT
The How to Make Inconsistent Income Consistent Audio Training is provided free of charge as part of a limited-time promotional bundle. You will not be charged a fee to access this Program.
If you choose to enroll in any paid programs, courses, or coaching offers after completing this audio training, the applicable pricing and payment terms for those programs will apply separately.
REFUND POLICY
Because this audio training is offered at no cost, no refunds or exchanges are available.
Access to the Program is provided immediately upon enrollment. Due to the nature of digital content, where materials cannot be “unseen” or “returned,” participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these terms.
CONFIDENTIALITY
The Company respects your privacy and expects you to do the same. You agree not to share, disclose, or distribute any content, materials, or information provided within the Program to anyone outside of the Program without written permission from the Company.
All Program content—including audio recordings, frameworks, and downloadable resources—are the intellectual property of My Dream Finances LLC and may not be copied, distributed, or repurposed in any way.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only. You agree not to copy, modify, reproduce, sell, distribute, or otherwise exploit any Program content without written permission.
All materials, including audio files, text, graphics, and templates, are owned by or licensed to the Company and protected by copyright and trademark laws. Any violation of these terms may result in termination of access.
MEDIA RELEASE
By participating, you consent to photographs, audio, or video recordings that may include your likeness or participation in Program activities, which may be used for educational or promotional purposes.
INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR STATUS
Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to create a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship. The Program provides educational information only and is not professional advice.
FORCE MAJEURE
The Company shall not be held liable for delays or failure in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, or governmental actions.
SEVERABILITY / WAIVER
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
NON-DISPARAGEMENT
You agree not to make any false, negative, or disparaging statements, written or verbal, about the Company, its employees, or its Programs. This includes comments made online, on social media, or in any public forum.
ASSIGNMENT
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under this Agreement without written consent from the Company.
MODIFICATION
The Company may update or modify these Terms at any time. The most recent version will always be posted on our website, and continued use of the Program constitutes acceptance of any changes.
TERMINATION
The Company reserves the right to revoke access to the Program at any time for violation of these Terms, including but not limited to unauthorized sharing of materials or disruptive behavior.
Because the Program is offered free of charge, no refunds or compensation will be provided in the event of termination. Access will also automatically expire six (6) months after your enrollment date unless otherwise stated by the Company.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use or misuse of the Program.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan and resolved in the courts located nearest to Detroit, MI.
EARNINGS DISCLAIMER
This Program is intended for educational purposes only. We make no guarantees of financial results or earnings. Your success depends on your personal effort, financial situation, and circumstances.
PRIVACY
Your personal information will be collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By enrolling in this Program, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.
