Our Commitment to You

Coaching Scope and Disclaimer
My Dream Finances, LLC provides financial coaching designed to educate, support, and empower you in making financial decisions aligned with your goals and values. We do not receive commissions, kickbacks, or incentives from any third-party companies, products, or services, unless disclosed to you in advance.

We are not licensed financial advisors, tax professionals, attorneys, or therapists, and we do not provide investment advice, legal counsel, or mental health services. All financial decisions you make are your responsibility. We encourage you to seek professional advice when appropriate and can refer you to licensed experts when needed.

Confidentiality & Data Security

Your privacy is respected and protected. Anything shared during your session will remain confidential and will not be disclosed to anyone without your written consent.

All session materials and client information are stored in password-protected systems and handled according to best digital security practices.

Session Recording Consent and Data Retention

Your Money Momentum Intensive may be recorded for your personal review. Recordings and materials are securely stored and deleted 12 months after the session unless you request otherwise in writing.

No Guaranteed Outcomes

While many clients experience meaningful breakthroughs and measurable progress, results are not guaranteed. Your outcomes depend on your actions, choices, and level of engagement.

Your Commitment to Us

Open Communication
You agree to communicate honestly about your financial situation, goals, and challenges.

Preparation Requirements
Pre-session forms must be completed and submitted at least 72 hours before your scheduled session. Missing or incomplete forms may result in cancellation.

Payment Terms
Payment is due in full at the time of booking. Sessions are not confirmed until payment has been received.

Refund Policy
All sales are final. Refunds are not offered for the Money Momentum Intensive.

Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling requests are not guaranteed and may be approved at the discretion of My Dream Finances, LLC.

Personal Responsibility
You are fully responsible for the decisions, choices, and actions you take as a result of your coaching experience.

Liability Waiver

You release and discharge My Dream Finances, LLC, its owner, contractors, and representatives from all claims or demands related to coaching services or outcomes. This release applies to you and anyone acting on your behalf, including heirs and legal representatives.

Future Coaching Opportunities

If you choose to continue coaching beyond the Money Momentum Intensive, packages may be booked directly with My Dream Finances, LLC.
