**Terms and Conditions: The Ultimate 2024 Money Planning Workshop**

TERMS OF PARTICIPATION
Please READ carefully. By purchasing this product, the following Terms and Conditions are entered into by My Dream Finances LLC (“Company”, “we”, or “us”) and You (“Client” or “You”) agree to the following terms stated herein.
1. **Workshop Details:**
- The workshop, titled "The Ultimate 2024 Money Planning Workshop," is scheduled to be delivered live on January 2, 2024, at 7:00 PM EST.
- A recording of the live workshop will be emailed to all registered participants within 48 hours after the conclusion of the live event.
2. **Registration Fee:**
- The cost to attend the workshop is $37 USD.
3. **Refunds:**
- There will be no refunds for the workshop registration fee.
- In the event a participant is unable to attend the live workshop, they will still receive access to the recorded session.
4. **Access to Recording:**
- Participants who are unable to join the live workshop will have access to the recording, allowing them to experience the content at their convenience.
5. **Workshop Materials:**
- All registered participants will receive any relevant workshop materials, resources, or additional information via email.
6. **Intellectual Property:**
- All workshop materials, content, and resources provided are the intellectual property of My Dream Finances LLC. Participants are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, or use these materials for commercial purposes without explicit permission.
7. **Participant Conduct:**
- Participants are expected to engage respectfully and positively during the live workshop and in any communication related to the event.
8. **Technical Issues:**
- My Dream Finances LLC is not responsible for technical issues faced by participants, including but not limited to internet connectivity problems, hardware malfunctions, or software compatibility issues.
9. **Privacy Policy:**
- Participant information collected during registration will be used solely for the purpose of workshop administration and communication. My Dream Finances LLC is committed to protecting the privacy of participants.
10. **Changes to Schedule:**
- My Dream Finances LLC reserves the right to make changes to the workshop schedule, content, or any other aspect as deemed necessary. Participants will be notified of any such changes in a timely manner.
DISCLAIMER
The Company’s Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer are hereby incorporated by reference into this agreement. Except as modified by this Agreement, each of those agreements and policies shall apply fully to your participation in the Program.
Client understands Gernaine Foley (herein referred to as “Consultant”) and My Dream Finances LLC., is not acting as nor has a relationship with Client as Client's employee, agent, lawyer, doctor, manager, therapist, public relations or business manager, registered dietician, or financial analyst, psychotherapist or accountant.
